- No smoking inside the house. Always use ashtrays on the terrace.
- Only registered guest can stay overnight.
- Don’t let any strangers come into the house
- When coming back from the beach : please first use the outside shower at the pool to wash off all sand
- Be respectful to the house : don’t make stains and scratches on the walls. Keep everything tidy and clean. Don’t touch the white walls, especially on staircases.
- Don’t sit on the dining chairs/lounge chairs/ bar stools with wet clothes
- Remove shoes when sitting on white cushions in lounge and veranda
- Don’t use Henna tattoo in the house!
- If something is broken or damaged, please report to the staff. Damage made by clients will be charged to the clients.
- Terrace floors can be very slippery when wet. Don’t run. You can keep your shoes on outside when wet.
- When leaving the house, make sure all windows and doors are closed. Tell the askari that you are leaving.
- We are not responsible for any accidents or theft on the property. Use the lockers in the rooms to store your valuables. (instructions are aside the lockers, our manager has a master key in case of problem)
- Be respectful to the staff. They will make you having a great stay. (A tip to the staff after the end of your stay is very much appreciated).
- Do not feed the monkeys or the cats. Keep them out of of the house at all times. Do not keep food in your rooms. Don’t leave any food unattended.
- Water is very precious, especially in Africa. So don’t waste water please
- Electricity: Don’t let lights or air conditioning on if you are not using the room, it consumes enormous amounts of electricity...! (Recommended temperature for airconditioning : 22-24 degrees, dry. The a/c is working really fast, so a/c on 15 min before going to sleep is ok)
